We know how important it is to you to keep your SpeedTape Automatic Taper and accessories fully operational.
The SpeedTape system has been specially designed to withstand the rigours of site work but sometimes maintenance is needed. When it does, you can be sure that, with our help, you will be up and running again in no time. Therefore SpeedTape offers a comprehensive service and repair package for purchase and hire customers.
A highly trained team of engineers mans our extensive maintenance facility. We aim to repair any tools and return them to you within 5 days.
We also maintain a complete inventory of spares. These can be fitted by our engineers or alternatively, if a customer is familiar with the mechanics of SpeedTape, they are available for sale. The most common spares can be bought online. Otherwise, the full set of over 500 spares is available from our SpeedTape office.
SpeedTape PRO Purchase support package
- All tools in the SpeedTape PRO range are covered by a two year warranty. In the event of a breakdown, simply return your tool to us and we will aim to return it in full working order within 5 days of receipt.
- After the initial two year period, there is the opportunity to trade in your original SpeedTape tool for the latest model at a significantly discounted rate.
SpeedTape hire support package
- All SpeedTape hire tools are backed by a no quibble maintenance package. Should a repair or some maintenance be necessary, we will carry this out free of charge and normally return the repaired item within 5 days.
- Should a replacement tool be required, this will be sent out immediately and will generally be with you within 24 hours.
General repair and maintenance service
Send your tool to our warehouse and we will provide you with a competitive quotation within 24 hours. In the vast majority of cases, the repaired tool will be back with you within 5 days of us receiving it.
